Showrooms:

The showrooms are designed in such a way that the services can be operated for each hall (pavilion ) independent of other halls such as offices dedicated to the organizer , electrical systems, air conditioning and others. The showrooms are also equipped with terrestrial channels with an electromechanical service network through which all exhibitors are provided with the necessary energy and other services.

Each showroom has independent services during the event or a set of exhibitions such as reception and registration security services as well as other services. The warehouse, temporary storage and loading and unloading services were also very close to the galleries

Main corridor:

All the facilities of the Center serve a range of services that contribute to the success of various events of exhibitions and conferences and is based on the provision of services for all categories of employees of the center, which are distributed along the main corridor, including:

  • reception desk.
  • General inquiries.
  • Office of the organizer.

In addition, special sites were allocated for registration services and for the sale of tickets to the main corridor, taking into account the smoothness during the registration process and proximity to the entrances and exits and thus avoid overcrowding during registration.

Activities
  • The lecture hall occupies the largest part of the conference center and can accommodate up to 1000 people.
  • The conference center equipped with the latest audiovisual systems, which enable the center to meet the services and aspirations of the beneficiaries during the holding of seminars, conferences, workshops and various events.
  • Interpreting services are also available through a room that has been allocated to the equipment required for this service.
  • The conference center is connected to the VIP lounge through a range of lifts and entrances, adding flexibility to the movement of VIPs and guests.
  • The VIP building occupies an area of 1,600 m2 (17217 sq ft) and consists of a reception area, terraces, meeting rooms
  • A range of halls for meetings, private interviews and dining rooms, as well as offices dedicated to security, public relations
